Where Do I Begin - right on, Bosco's fallen in love! <3
Sethful - random and quirky, artists just having fun - I can dig that. The video is fuckin' great!
I like the Chems' instrumental tracks, and I think when the Chems have vocals added in admidst some instrumental Chemical goodness, then the vocals are showcased perfectly and how the Chems want them. For me the vocal tracks that appear on the Chems albums are unlike any other vocal tracks out there.
But anyway. Now I have Sammy stuck in my head.

Surrender is the album for me that will always have a special place. It came out when I was in college and really exploring the psychedelic side of life and traveling all over the country to see Phish(very trippy band). That album brings back a lot of memories and just flows so well as an entire album. I liked DYOH but I thought exit planet dust flowed better as an entire album...so when surrender came out it was soooooo great.
CWU was like the icing on the cake to surrender. Still pretty much in the same vain as surrender and very well put together as an ALBUM.
PTB I thought was a little weak and did not hold up as well as an album. Agree with jeanie that a lot of single track really hold up well tho.
I think WATN really holds up as an album and is better that PTB. I agree salmon dance is kind of a joke, but overall this album really has a chems feel and holds up well. AS one article said, they return to their 4 or on the floor beats as opposed to the breaks that were more prevelent on PTB
OVERALL great album. Cant remember the last time I got in a car and drove to a CD store to by an album....maybe PTB or a livephish release

Offcourse Salmon Dance is a joke sillybuns !!
Thats the whole point about it.
Do you think they actually looked at eachother and went like " My god this is the new " Imagine " " ?! Offcourse not. Its meant to be a joke, it's that funny element in the cd that says " dont take things so fucking serious " and all the better for it, imo.
I think its a wicked and fun song and its great to see that people actually start to dance like a salmon. I mean , you gotta admit, that is just hilarious
Just my two cents ;-)

I think Push the button was so weird at first, but then I quickly realized how funky it is. I tried to do the same with WATN and have listened to it on repeat for at least 3 days now, but only a few songs are sticking with me. I've already deleted most of the tracks from my mp3 phone and only kept the ones that I enjoy... about 4 of them.
Yes.... The ridiculous Salmon Dance is in there :P

Ed, you cheeky bastard. Did you guys just bring back Block Rockin' Beats in your set? I saw some footage on YouTube of the song with a visual setup that looked like your current setup, although it didn't give any information on what show the footage was from.
If you did bring back BRB, it was an awesome move--for some reason it really brings the crowd up to an awesome level. Fuck I can't wait to see you guys again in San Francisco, and probably LA.

There are only two kinds of people when it comes to Salmon Dance: Those who get the joke and morons.
Either you've been there, drugged out of your mind, talking to some coked up idiot about something as random as the lives of salmon, or you haven't.

Been baseline for a while now. Went out to the Japanese pavillion at our Folklorama festival and shot some pool afterwards. I was still a little bugged out when I left home so I didn't drive, but the codeine was exactly what I needed: got rid of all pain everywhere (all negative sensation for that matter) and stopped the diarrhea, letting me actually eat dinner.
It was nice, a very good choice. And it was great too because I didn't have to act normal because my parents knew I'd be a bit sketchy from being sick.
