Can you see how it's not really them, just a couple guys they get to dress up in the robot costumes and press 'play' for them?

it's true, really, they don't 'play' their own shows, the wankers.

I couldn't make up something that delicious about a band I hate if I tried.

::sigh::

Oh Stash. I embrace your pretention.

But really, I'd be inclined to believe they'd have a recording playing at one of their shows. I could see them doing it as an uber-pretentious artistic statement.

chemdup : that's from those so called "good source" that false rumors appear.

Also, The Chemical Brothers are just playing a DAT and dancing around while looking busy... I know it because a friend of a friend knows Tom's nephew... That's ridiculous

I wouldn't care if Tom and Ed walked out, hit 'Play' on their iPod and went off for some jerked chicken, because, and this is the important part, THEIR MUSIC IS GOOD.

Ah, sorry dudes, didn't see that topic.

But holy shit that's funny that they pay other people to play for them. Why wouldn't you want to be in front of 10-20 thousand people, behind that massive sound?

He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

They can't pay someone else, because they don't even press play, they really do something. What if there's a midi panic (that happened in Luxembourg) when an actor is in the pyramid ?
