Yeah, I wish they would let some artists who represent what is called 'intelligent electronica' remix their tracks... Chems music is usually dance (big beat/breakbeat/acid/house/etc), but it would be interesting to hear some IDM/leftfield/experimental electronica remix of some downtempo track like Close Your Eyes - some ambient treatment would really fit nicely.

Or at least get some GOOD mixes out..... I haven't heard a remix I REALLY liked since the Music:Response EP.

Ohh, there was a couple of good remixes. My favorite are:

01) Star Guitar - 303 Dub Remix

02) Golden Path - Rave Hell Dub Remix

03) Get Yourself High - Switch Vocal Remix

04) Galvanize - Switch Remix

Nooo let's not start a "what's your favourite remixes" thread again. :?

Well, as far as I'm concerned, the chems should be remixed by.. mmh.. let's say :

Autechre,

Hybrid,

BoC,

Muse,

LFO,

Brothomstates,

Sigur Rs,

-Ziq,

Planet Funk,

Dream Theater,

Arcade Fire,

Ecoplan,

and... probably

The Chems themselves! :)

Yep Flaming Dead, I'm talking about Pettruci's band. C'mon, I'm sure they could end up with something worth a listen. :)

Hmm, yeah, i think all the chems music has been missing all these years is a 3-minute-long guitar solo in each song X-D

You have to acknowledge that it might give someting more interesting than an aweful massacre such as we had the occasion to experience. Anyway, who said that remixing was all about bringing something missing? If that was true no chems track would have been remixed if you ask me. :)

Does enjoyed or studio K and maybe even The Diamond Sky count? They're like remixes, by the chems, and they're good.
