I doubt the Chems will get within 500 miles of Winnipeg. More likely I'd travel to see a Chicago gig, since it's the closest city I can reasonably expect the Chems to play.

Doh! :x I always keep thinking your closer to Toronto....but heres hoping they play the "peg"!

Toronto's about 1500 miles by land, Chicago about 900 miles, I believe.

There is ZERO chance of the Chems playing a live show here. DJ set I would consider extremely unlikely, but possible, since we've had some bigger names come through recently like Armin Van Buuren, Sander Van Doorn, et al.

There is no venue that I think would be appropriate. Arena show would probably be too big for Winnipeg's level of electronic interest, and the smaller venues mostly either have fixed seating or are too small for the audiovisual setup.

But, if you're reading, Tom & Ed, don't hesitate to at least explore the opportunities here. Could be surprised.

At any rate, Chicago date in the summer before I go back to school maybe? *hopeful*

ok Minneapolis then! :P :D

Minneapolis would be convenient, but I'd still be surprised if the North American tour is very extensive. I wouldn't expect more than 10 dates from coast-to-coast. New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, Chicago for sure. Maybe Boston, Atlanta, Vancouver, Miami, Denver. Minneapolis and Philly as outside shots.

L.A.!!!

I hope they play there! The welcome mat is out to weary travellers making a pilgrimage to S. California to see the Chems.

Im down with LA, but perhaps we could do somewhere in the middle, like Denver (Red Rocks), assuming that they play there...

I'm up for it if stash is up for it. LA is a definite if they play, and I'm keen on seeing the Chems play in the Bay Area if they do a N. California date.

For me, travelling out of state would definitely take some planning with rounding up a sitter and getting the funds together... and of course if stash will oblige my unfailing desire to see the Chems more than once during a tour. But it could be done. All we need are some dates! I'd really dig getting a chance to meet up with some people for gigs. I love seeing people going through their first Chems gig - it makes me feel so proud and warm and fuzzy inside! Big emotions... big emotions... :'(

hey everyone, I done my a drama performance today - not as big an audience as last week and some 2nd timers - performance wise, we didnt mess up but as far as the laughs went, well we got a few not as much as last week. I got it recorded only thing is the person recording zoomed some bits so it cut off the sound for like a second or two.

Word. I really hope it's during the summer, as once September kicks back in, I'm stuck in school.

Nope! I would only set tour dates in my city, for sure. Chems 7 days a week, 30 days a month and 25 hours . . . Oh and of course a few days for you Americans were very likely. ;-)

New and improved version of my art work, less controversial, more amnesty friendly and I don't know, tell me what you think. I might have to do another one but I like how its shaping up.

Looking good, Foxy! A great improvement from the last pic. I like how your drawings are emphasized and I dig how they've got a green cast to them - it really brings them out. I like the splashes of red, too - and I like the Amnesty logo overlay, it really ties it all together!

However, you may want it to say

Thanks whirly - Me and my girlfriend already discussed that one, she was put off by it, and I told her it wasn't English it was Art X-D

But i thought that was just cause she was an English langauge freak since thats her subject - but maybe if its becoming annoying for others I may well have to consider
