Him and his lovely young lady crashed here, and we took them to taco loco for lunch. they're on their way up the coast, embarassing pictures to follow.

My good camera broke, and the focus on the one I got sucks:

And the obligatory Taco Loco pic:

Damn, I wish I could've gone to the tidepools and Taco Loco with you all!

And it is always so nice to have guests. I haven't seen stash so lively and conversational in such a long time, til last night - having people over means so much to us. Ah, the healing power of the Chems kids!

It was great to have Pooter and his girl over and it was so sweet of them to make the drive. I'm sorry in advance for saying anything embarrassing but... those 2 make a really cute couple! They really do! Having them over was a great chill way to wind down the Christmas holiday. I just wish (as always) there was more time.

Wherever Pooter and Alexis are, thanks so much for coming over and I hope you're having a safe and fun trip back home!

Made it back home to SF safely. :)

Thanks to the both of you!!! We had a great time.

Hopefully I'll be back down with Caden someday to visit the tidepools.

p.s. - Whirls, I completely passed out after getting really stoned. I missed the opportunity to say a proper goodbye. :-(

Nah - no such thing as a right or wrong goodbye when you know you'll be seeing each other again. :)

Besides, I was the one who left you dazed, confused and faded people on the couch watching Idiocracy, haha. I would've stayed up longer if I didn't have to go to work in the next morning!

Oh man--if anyone hasn't seen Whirly's amazing creation, they haven't yet experienced life:

We all were excited for the tidepools:

Here's Stash outside of his homestead, with my girlfriend on the right:

My life is a boat, being blown by you. With nothing ahead, just the deepest blue... To me you're like a setting sun. You rise then you're gone.

Such a wicked piece of work!

Oh so lovely, and yet dynamic!

Maybe a future appraisal at Antiques Roadshow!

I know, and Southern California at that. Coats are, however, contrary to popular belief, a necessity at times, even in SoCal.

In Northern California they're not an option in the wintertime.
