I see ministry have had a bit of think. their booking seems to have changed of late and they've put out the DC & Sneak albums in this series.

cajmere/green velvet is a bit of pausebuton fave. legend. loads of stuff worth checking on cajual/relief

we battered 'at midnight' most recently..

bit suprised to see that fredde le gand track on there though. am I the only person in the world that thinks it's awful?

ha! seconded i thought that 'put your hands up for detroit' was pony to be honest with you.

dont think thatll be making the PBA playlist then ;) flash/preacherman/la la land/midnight all completely ripping though. would love to see him dj.

it worries me the way green velvet refers to himself in the 3rd/4th/5th person - first sign of madness for sure, although from a chap who has weird green spiky things in his hair it doesnt suprise me :P

hmmm, well a good space and a quality soundsystem yes.....

but lets face it for YEARS ministry was a nasty little place with a horribly cheesy music policy - it might have started redeeming itself recently , but for a long time it was the gatecrasher of the south. not good.

sometime ministry is the best club in the country, sometimes it the worst

i love the box (the main room/hbhg video). its a great space to get lost in music. the sound is fantastic, so loud and so clear. its like the sound you hear in the decent club in new york. i had some great nights in that room

what lets the club down for me is the people who go there. you dont get the pure clubber like you get a turnmills. its a bit of a socialites venue, people go there cos its cool.

There's a club that stash and I used to go to quite frequently in Los Angeles whose sound was done up by MoS. It was real nice to have that kind of quality here. The sound was incredible, like no other club I've been to and it has spoiled us.
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

I quite like the sound system in Fabric, seems nicely balanced. I find Turnmills a bit too bass heavy, muds everything else out.

Never been to the ministry, I will at some point in my lifetime
