i think this has already been mentioned, and those in the US may have already seen it but i saw a trailer Sin City at the cinema the other day and it looks fucking ace!!! I cant wait for the new Batman film either it looks kinda cool and a bit edgier than the last 2 efforts.

Any 1 know of any other cool forthcoming films?

Sin City is aweseome!!! If you liked the trailer then you're going to love the movie! It totally blew me away. It was like being completely immersed inside the pages of a comic book. I had fairly high expectations because it looked so damn cool, and Sin City did not disappoint in the slightest. When it comes to you - Enjoy!

There's another one that's coming out, a Neil Gaiman film called Mirror Mask which looks very trippy and cool. Looking foward to Neil Gaiman's story taking me into another world.

Kids, I must insist, like most movies made from books..... read the book first! If you're too impatient, go see the movie then read the book! This is a classic piece of literature... kids should be made to read it at schools! BTW 'Hitchhikers' is the first part of a five book 'trilogy' (the rest being: 'the restaurant at the end of the universe', 'life the universe and everything', 'so long and thanks for all the fish', and 'mostly harmless'.) :D

Oh yeah, back on topic, some of my favourite movies in no particular order:

- Memento (Nolan is a genius! Can't wait for Batman Begins)

- Se7en

- Ghostbusters

- Shaun of the Dead

- Indiana Jones trilogy

- Star Wars series (yeah even the new ones!)

- Batman (apart from Returns, the rest don't exist as far as I'm concerned!)

- the Incredibles

- Fight Club

- Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (Kauffmann + Gondry = insane perfection)

- the Matrix

- The Big Lebowski

- O Brother Where Art Thou

- Back to the Future trilogy (I still want a deLorean!)

- Cyrano de Bergerac (the remake with Gerard Depardeu)

- Kill Bill

- 2001 - A Space Odyssy

- Lost in Translation

Um, there's loads more, but then there always is, isn't there! 8O
