Hey Guys. Chemical Brothers fan here, living in Denver. I really want to see them at the Filmore, but I've fallen on really rough times after a automobile Rollover that left me with huge medical bills and cost me my job.

My question to loyal fans is do you think the Filmore will sell out for the Sept 1 show? I think thats the Denver Date. It only seats about 2500 if I recall, and is 5 blocks from my place. The reason I'm asking is because the only way I will be able to afford to go is If I can buy a 4 pack and sell the other 3 at good prices. I know its a little sketchy, but with my family and whatnot I feel selfish dishing out money like that to see a show when we are struggling right now.

At a sold out Chembros show, what would be a standard street price for a ticket? I REALLY want to see them for the first time, any information would be really helpful in getting me to my first Chemical Brothers show, I just cannot afford a bad investment now. Hope to hear from you guys!

Aw, man--sorry to hear life isn't treating you with kindness. :-(

As for the tickets, if it were me, I would feel terrible scalping the tickets for a Chems show. I don't think I could ever do that. I'm all for trying to help people to see the Chems live, not make it more difficult.

But if you are going to try to do this, you'll need to keep in mind that the show is on a Wednesday. I think it's unlikely that the show will sell out, but I'm not familiar with the fan-base in the Denver area. Although, I suppose there will be a draw from the larger surrounding area, but still, I don't get the feeling like you'll be able to get a free ticket out of flipping three others.

Last time they were here at the Fillmore, it wasn't a sold out show. I wouldn't expect it to sell out this time either, especially on a Wednesday. Hopefully you'll find another way to make it work.
