Well, I'm incredibly board of seeing Tripvanito's name by this topic all the time as the one who last posted.

At least people respond to your shit. Maybe they'll listen to it, too, before the link expires.

This an unfinished song by me. It's for a couple of friends skate movie. The song is made with Reason 3.0.

It would be really nice to get some feedback on it.

Slipvin, what bored (lol) topic would that be? I'm pretty sure saying I'm making a song on the "Post your song here" topic is perfectly fine. And don't be so literal with the spelling of someone who is up at 2am, K? I bet you've made tons of spelling mistakes, but do I call you out on any of them? No, I don't.

I have nefer made any spelling mistakes in my entire life!

Ha, thats very funny Slipvin, I seem to remember you writing the word "text" as "tekst" in the "remix magazine interview" topic. Sorry, but you forced me to point it out because of your arrogance. :D

Lets see, here it is:"damn wat a lot of tekst ill read this shirt in the mornin" You wrote that, lets see, one...two... three... maybe even four spelling mistakes, if you weren't trying to say "shirt".

I'm pretty sure that was self pwnage right there Slipvin.

Well, I know Slip's a smarty pants with a brash sense of humor and all, but in his in defense, he did admit to being drunk (in another thread posted around the same time.) But it's still funny you brought up what he said, turn about is fair play!

And yes, I keep tabs on just about everyone here. You are all my children now. muahaha. ;)

kaga eats those peppers all the time, so its not that scary......

however i was just messing with your head on your music.......its quite good....sounds very crystal methody.......just one problem....when i played your song, it would attumatically stop after like 45 secs.....and it would continue to do this during the rest of the track....forcing me to repetively find my last spot in the song that it stoped at and pressing play again and again and again and again......not sure if im the only one having the problem with it

Damn, I just figured out that there was some problems with the uploaded file indeed. The server seems to be in a big mess. I downloaded my file and ended up listening to a 10Mo mp3 instead of 19... Don't know what happened, I'm trying to fix it at the moment. Thanks for the feedback anyway. ;)

Hello, here's some new stuff for you. Spent too much time tweaking the end result considering that it sounds almost exactly the same that it did a month or two ago. The genre is what you would probably call breakbeat. Some sounds lack a little color but I think it's a pretty good "grower". Here it is:

Clutter (it's a little less than four minutes long)

Feedback would be appreciated. Hope you like it!

The intro takes way too long. Cut out all the repeats and have it bust right into the song, and your good.

I also don't think you should repeat the intro as is so many times. It's a good riff, but keep it sparse and unique. That way people don't mind hearing it again, i.e. listening to your song twice.

Don't forget melodies! It doesn't even have to be a melody. Just a few samples that keep the riff going. Your riff's are great, I really like them, but having samples, scratching (if you do that), a nice piano piece, vocals, whatever it is you like on top keeps the ear's attention.

For a good example of what breakbeat is, download Funky Breakbeats by DJ Shadow.

7/10 stars.

I liked your song.

Greetings!!

Here is the link to my track I made in 2002. It is called "Kiss Of Dust". I used FruityLoops for sequencing, drumloop taken from old Soviet vinyl, all the synth sounds programmed by me in different soft synths. Try it out! And tell me your opinion;)

THANX.

that base riff is to die for soundertow. but that main tune is repeated too many times not that there was anything wrong with it but not enough synths or instruments(whatever you want to call it) to complement it. Which made that tune a little unspecial. you know what i am saying ? The song didn't progress to another level(which i was really hoping for after the intro), it pretty much stays there. Overall i would give it a 7 also. your earlier tracks are much better example of what you can do.Quality wise it sounded 100% perfect.

soundertow, i am still trying to do something with unknown territory but its going nowhere. i have only managed to add some extra beats and effects. nothing to make a full track out of it.
