The Chems make IDM!


The second vid was cool as he was stretching that voice into that effect, like the one similar to It Doesn't Matter. So breaking down sounds into particles, or granular, is not just intelligent, but opens a bigger spectrum of sounds.

Yeah he did post it already MAdp00, I only noticed it after I had posted it :roll:


My first experience of Autechre was their album Draft 7.30. It's a fuckin mess. I didn't understand what was going on, it seemed to me to be a random collection of noises. I was told that it's one of the harder albums to listen to.


As time went on, I found myself listening to it because it suited a certain mood I find myself in sometimes. Now I can listen to the album and...well I wouldn't like to use the word enjoy, but I can appreciate it.
