Vegetable Vision does all the Chems' live visuals.

yeah the visuals are great. vjing seems to be getting bigger but the veggies have been doing it really well for years. I find it amazing that the visuals are so well timed with the music in the live shows.

yeah I'd luv to know how they do that (apart from lots of practice and rehearsals of course!) X-D

Yeah I wonder if the visuals are all recored before hand to be in time time with the show or if they are triggered at certain points in tracks.

they trigger them to certain parts of the tracks. they also use winamp for come inside and ebw 7

I imagine the visuals are sync'd to the MIDI clock or they use SMPTE which *I think* is a time code for syncing moving images with music....come across it a bit with music making but haven't delved into the visual side of things much...

the visuals for get yourself high (the green spectrum analizer) is produced by a winamp plug in. the lip synching on come inside and acid children is generated by a smpte trigger. 1 point to M'Chebne and half a point to irish fan



a couple of times i have stood next to the video mixing suite and watched the veggies mix up the videos, it all good fun to watch!! you can tell what track is coming up next when you look at their monitors and see them cueing up the visuals for the next track!!
