every day whether it be set list for live shows, the production of another world, selection of remixer, where we play, we both think hope that bloke off the internet is fine with this

ah, come on, be fine with it. you both know most of us love your work (or the work of others who are working for you - like popof in this case).

Hmm interesting, what about me Ed, do you think of anybody else here when you produce or play live? Nah why would you, that "Bloke" is way cooler then everyone... ;)

OK, expressing an opinion does not seem to be a good idea so I'll take "Don't think" literally now.

it's not much of an opinion though is it

as long as it's not minimal i'm fine with it

maybe that's an opinion, i don't know, it conveys a certain rigidity of thinking, a lack of joy for the unknown

Minimal techno.

The most boring sub-genre of techno, known for repetition and awkward synths.
You're never too retarded to RAVE!!!

Does this thread now hold the record for most posts by one of the Bros.?
And all because of a minor argument?

It's time to play roulette concern with eddy!
Everyday there will be new bloke selected at random that they (incl. Tom) will be fine with regarding the blokes opinion.
What do the blokes win you ask......some scathing remarks, banter and heckling from the rest of the audience here at chems forum, and a take home prize of eventually hearing the popof remix of HORSEPOWER!!!!

(The Horsepower prize comes with the side effect of, FIND IT YOURSELF!)

Now I have an urge to Dopplewhipper again.....

I thought dubstep is the most boring sub-genre.

And for minimal - i do listen a lot to Paul Kalkbrenner at the moment.

I thought Dubstep was just the biggest blue balls sub-genre. Always feels like there should be a big explosion of drums in the track but you're always kept waiting.......GOD DAMN IT!!! Why must there be a genre that is the equivalent to a hot girl who won't put out.

I wouldn't consider dubstep as a sub-genre of techno, cause it sounds nothing like techno, but yeah, it's boring.

I like Dubstep, much more than Minimal.
But i'm not a Minimal hater, i like to listen Ricardo Villalobos now and then, but it's usually for chilling out.

I couldn't live without minimal, it's the one genre i'm always in the mood for and never gets boring even though the majority of people would say it was exactly that: boring. I'm a bit bored with Dubstep this year though, but some of those tracks definitely get the adrenaline going.

Ed, you seem wound up. I've been where you are, and you can't let teenagers wind you up otherwise you'll never take public transport or eat in a Burger King again.

Dubstep is overrated and overhyped. That's all I have to say.
