I actually think having Neil Young headlining is a really good thing as hopefully it will pull an older crowd whilst also being less appealing to the flag draped shirtless bogans who get fueled up on booze and sun and start fights..

Prodigy will be wicked as will Simian Mobile Disco.. still not sure whether the prodigy will headline the boiler room or be on the main stage before Neil Young... Cos I don't think the organisers would want the Prodigy to be in the boiler room.. also as good as Pendulum and Simian Mobile Disco are, I'm not sure if they're popular enough in Aus to headline the boiler room so perhaps we could be in for another big dance act in the second announcement!

prodigy will probably be in the boiler room. I'm excited now... never seen prodigy before. I was also just listening to London elektricity pod cast and they mentioned that they would be out here and NZ for the second half of Jan so I'm leaning towards Big day out. YEAH SUMMER FOR US IS NEARLY HERE!!!

prodigy live = fuk yeh. main stage usually for them at BDO. but who knows. kinda meh on that lineup... i'll wait for second announcement before i get too excited.

i heard an interview with ken west, and he stated prodigy would be closing the boiler room, i'm not a massive fan of pendulum, but i imagine an evening like this for me:
