I'm really trying to find a way to answer this in a way that doesn't sound mean... well, Flip the Switch is pretty old news since it came out around the time PTB did. No I don't have it and don't know if its actually good. Heard the Galvenize remix is good though. :?

Downloaded this at the time this was appear on site, but those remixes are very boring and thin...Maybe except Marvo Ging and Come Inside...All the rest is crap.
Are you out of your mind???
I had a copy of Flip the Switch a friend gave me, and I've seriously been too afriad to listen (considering how I felt about that dreaded Chems tribute cd...)
Anyway, I'm bored (and a little under the influence) so I decided to play this Marvo Ging.
My conclusion - It's so awful!!!! But it's intreiguingly awful. Those extra added sounds play out horribly, and the drums (especially the casio-like drum roll) are too overpowering. I'ts a sonic nightmare!
Sorry, don't mean to argue. I haven't heard the rest of the album, so I'm going on this butchery of a "Marvo Ging" song. I'm sure the rest must be just as or less intribuing. But I'm afraid to listen to the rest now...
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

"intriguing"... not "tribuing" or however the hell I spelled it.
EDIT BUTTON!!!
Na I personally dont think an edit button is needed. I would mean peoples arguments could be changed and then quotations could differ from what was orginally said. Saying that it would be usefull when correcting grammatical mistakes.

Yeah, the Marvo Ging remix is edited in horrible way. Very bad string-like line, wchich are play sometimes out of rhythm...But what i love in this track is this breakbeat rhythm, wchich i miss in new album of Chemical Brothers - just those fucken brakbeat rhythms!!!And just for this i like this track. BTW the original Marvo Ging would be sound way better with this rhythm than the original as it is...It's only my thought's... What as Come Inside remix, i like the piece from about 4:00 to the end, when the mood are changing and those fading flange synthesizer is playing - a nice melody, and very good idea of mix it in. But those are only 2 good remixes, the rest is crap for me, like i said...

I am yet to listen to this, like whirly put it, the chems tribute has creeped me away from these sort of things. Most these people sound like they don't know what they're doing. I've been working on a strange project over the past months, which isn't like flip the switch but more like trying to make a mix set out of cuts I made plus add ons that don't destroy the quality of the tracks. Basically, it's going to be an immitation of their live shows. I've had a lot of fun working, and hopefully listeners like you guys who know their stuff will be able to appreciate it, unlike lots of these things that have come out. Anyone have any ideas where I might be able to post this for listening?
PS Sorry for being a promosexual, I know I haven't said much over the past months but this is chems related and I think you guys will really enjoy it since, live chems is something that isn't common in regards to its creativity and quality.
