Had another peak over at the Coachella Chems thread today - list of super excited people getting ready for the glowruption. Sure, Don't Think might not be the most obvious choice, and anyone within the blast radius might have to wear safety goggles. But bless em, they are so excited (and inspired by the Ultra glow web) they want to make it the Coachella glowruption special and spectacular for the brothers. I dunno. I think it's cool.

Maybe, again, it's because Don't Think was my "special song" from the Coachella DJ set, but I think it's a very appropriate time for the Glowruption. No real visuals on the screen to distract from the huge ever-growing mass of glowsticks in the air, excellent "peak" ravey music, and lyrics with a line that rhymes with "glow" (though admittedly the same could be said of HBHG). Plus it isn't one of their big singles so it can have more of a connotation of the Glowruption on its own, unlike with Satan last year. And it premiered at Coachella!

For the record, I'm thinking a glowruption when Don't Think kicks in will be bad. I just think Saturation is visually more appropriate if people throw the sticks up when the paintballs are exploding.

That glow web was cool for about 30 seconds then it got really, really annoying, like "where the fuck is this green stringy shit coming from?!?!" I almost got claustrophobic under it. It was like I was hiding under camoflague netting used to disguise coca fields in South America.
