Yes I've got tickets! It's gonna be my first Chems gig and I can't wait! Only problem is that no one I know likes the chems so I'm taking my mate whose not a fan but is coming along for the ride, hopefully he'll be converted :D

is it a dj set or a live show? if it is a live show, i guarantee that he will be converted. I brought along one of my friends last year to a show at Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC during the Come With Us tour and he loved it. usually he listens to bon jovi and the goo goo dolls. have fun, you are going to be blown away.

what is it with these people!! ed sounded very up beat and very inspired about the new album. the new years interview on radio 6 said they are still very keen to keep making new music. there is no other reason to think this is there last album, far from it.

I'm with sneaker on this one. Ed's posts did seem very positive. We'll just have to wait and see what the future holds. You never know, this may be the first of many Chems gigs to come your way!

i'm not a fool but if you've listened to any recent interviews tom and ed have been talking about going into production for other artists more and they have certainly been doing this more recently. I think that the chems are too good friends to split up, that would be impossible I just see them scaling down the "chemical brothers" side and exploring different musical avenues. Believe me I don't want this to happen its just the impression I get from interviews and stuff! Who knows, I could be completely wrong and they might carry on for another twenty years...I certainly hope so!

i just found this advert in the back of a music mag. 'exclusive uk headline show' made me think. is this going to be there only headline gig this year???
i kinda get the impression although the album seems to be going very well it is not going to be finished by the time they hit the road for the summer. the signs were pointing to a summer release for the album, but are we looking at a winter release or dare i say next year?? the antisipation is killing me!! the best things come to those who wait

The anticipation is making me antsy, this place doesn't help any! :P I was hoping for a summer release as well, something new and fresh to listen to on warm summer nights. Good summertime listening...
But hey, if they want to wait til fall or 2005, I've got nothing better to do than wait. Not like I can do anything about it anyway, but you know what I mean.
It will be so cool for everyone to see them do their thing live, before their record is out. Talk about a banger of a sneak preview! I can't wait to read some reviews.
