You know, I've never set up a proxy before. I suppose I could learn, but it seems that that type of knowledge is most popular with people who download illegal things, and not worth my time for the occasional foriegn broadcast. At least BBC doesn't block streams, just downloads. Annoying trend is annoying.
Anyways, thanks for the link. It may be due to contractual obligations, now that I think about it. Of course, they didn't block the incredible Isle of Triest (sp?) stream from 2005/6 when MTV was streaming. Eh, whatev.
