It's not a debate though, the people who hate the artwork bitch about it and preach to the chior.




it IS a debate - we have our reasons NOT to like the artwork. as much as we've seen - it is simple and quite poor.

i still have some hope it might look great when i finally hold the record in my hand, but at the moment i'm just disappointed. i liked the cwu artwork-series very much...

um, I feel like I shouldn't bother and that this whole discussion of the artwork is kind of, I don't know, boring or something, but I'll just say that I happen to like the artwork and that I did as soon as I saw it. It reminds me of a T-shirt I've got, about the same green with a logo on it. I think simple can definitely be good. And I mean, it's not like the image itself is overly simple or boring (imo) just simple colours, and I like that. That's my two cents.

Artwork is what you make it. In the eye of the beholder anything is true art, so leave the poor gavanize graphic alone. Heh, Im studying aethetics so I just had to say something.

To me the cover looks good although I'm sure people will disagree - it does look very different from other artworks, especially since a lot of them contain people. The album art will obviously give some indication of the 'theme' for the new releases.
