don't think so - if you had bought the CD, you could easily convert its content into files or WMP or iTunes or whatever by just importing them. why would you also download exactly the same soundfiles from the webpage? that doesn't make sense. also, I recall, but might be wrong, that it said the bonus content to be unmixed versions of the songs. this is what we have also paid for - as a bonus still, but it's like: buy 2 get the 3rd free in a shop. if they don't provide you with the third one you can claim it, they're legally obliged to do so.
I agree - it doesn't make any sense. However, all that I'm saying is that the label says something like "go to this website and use the code for "bonus" content download." So, then when you go to the website, it's a "digital-copy" of the album. Many movies have recently been advertising free digital-copies that come along with DVD and Blurays. So, there is supposedly some sort of value in providing a digital copy (even though it is incredibly easy to rip a CD...)
I believe
Ed Tom posted something about how the content in the bonus content was supposed to be unmixed, but that was certainly not what was advertised on the album packaging. So, once again I say "they're not legally obligated to" provide the unmixed version of the album.
