I'm going to use the general confusion to my advance and take a couple of days of extra time with my song. Don't worry, I'm sure it will be ready next week.
Here's a thought. Could mippio update a list every now and then of the contributions he has received? Has anyone actually got their track through yet?

I'm sorry, but I think I'll have to wait until volume 2 of this CD starts. I'm finishing off a track but not too happy with it and really would like to send something better later on. I suppose if the final tracks are eventually put up separately online somewhere I could just upload my tune when it's done.

That would be wicked Csar!
You'll need to get a CD quality WAV to mippio as soon as possible though, send him a PM to sort it out.
Must it be a wav format? Because they are so large for my 56k modem, you know, that would take years of uploading, i could try but don't whether it works well . . .
By the way how many tracks do we have right at the moment? Do they match on one CD?
E(argasm) = m(usic) x c(hemicals)²

At the moment, we've only got a few tracks, but I'm hoping we'll get a big surge soon :?
Csar, stick it in the post on a CD. MP3 will sound awful after mastering compared to the other tracks on the CD. It won't do you justice.
who gets the cd?
E(argasm) = m(usic) x c(hemicals)²

X-D
Thanks anType!
But if you only end up with 3 or 4 tracks, you'll have to contribute a lot of interludes. Actually, if that is the case, I'm thinking those people could write another track to double the number we've got. However, that'll obviously take a few months more 8O
Please come forward guys, break the silence!

slipvin
glakofan
csar
liquidfunk
I havent heard from any of you guys yet, so hope your still up for it.
I just want to say a couple of things:
Firstly, don't be put off if your worried about the percieved quality of your track - it's not a competition, so send it anyway! :) it's just a meeting of musical minds of people who hang out in the same place electronically. Plus, your always your own harshest critic. I'm really looking forward to the results of this CD 8) i kind of think your music's a bit of a gateway to a part of your soul, so it'll be cool to hear what you've come up with :D (or maybe im just a bit of a hippy haha)
secondly, don't spend ages over agonisingly finishing your tarcks - as long as most of its done, get it sent - antype is in the mix, so he can always mix in and out of tunes as required - as long as the bulk of its done, get it over to me!!
take care people, hope to hear from you soon.
