I'm currently running on about 4 hours of sleep. Couldn't sleep last night. Is this a function of getting older? You naturally have a harder time sleeping?

Speaking as another old person, it's the same for me. I was taught a few hypnotherapy techniques a few years ago, so I can drop off within seconds as well, and it's a deep sleep, so 4 or 5 hrs does me fine.
I need 8 hours!
I know if I get around 5 or 6 hours of sleep, I just drag throughout the day. I guess when you get older, you need more sleep to get the same energy as you did when you were younger imo!
I need to get back into running again! I've been slacking!
Some good news for me: I have been relieved of my mundane auditing services and back to my previous mediocre services. Woohoo!
