My latest Ebay win...CWU vinyl album with T and E sig on it....it also says 'Nice One Geezer"! (whatever that means) A DJ from NYC got it signed from them....I guess he needed cash ASAP!

cool. they used to sign CD booklets in earlier years for competitions, promotional activities and whatever. apart from their tom and ed sigs these booklets have also always said "nice one mate" or similiar staff. I've got a couple of those and I think it's just a "thumbs up for this one man" :)

@inchemwetrust: Nice find.

I'm currently running on about 4 hours of sleep. Couldn't sleep last night. Is this a function of getting older? You naturally have a harder time sleeping?

The possibility of getting an internship with the Judiciary Committee in D.C. for the summer is very real at this point. Crossing my fingers.

Speaking as an old person  I can sleep like a log, always have. Put my head on the pillow and I'd be gone before you can count to 10. My misses though, always the opposite, lays for hours before getting to sleep. So no, I don't think it's an age thing. I can get by with less sleep though, I think that is an age thing.
Further Remixed There's nothing else...

That's cool - it makes me wish I was going to be traveling by airplane! It's always spectacular flying into a city in the nighttime, with it being lit up like a Christmas tree n'all. It's funny in this clip they flew over Thousand Oaks and mentioned it. That's where I was born (I was actually born in Encino, but our house was in Thousand Oaks).

Speaking as another old person, it's the same for me. I was taught a few hypnotherapy techniques a few years ago, so I can drop off within seconds as well, and it's a deep sleep, so 4 or 5 hrs does me fine. However, like Krisper, the wife takes ages, is a really light sleeper, and needs about 8 - and if she doesn't, you'll know about it the next morning!

On another matter - saw Mogwai at a small venue the other night, excellent stuff. The reverential silence in the quiet break in Herod was broken by a loud barmaid with perfect timing shouting "do you want coke or diet coke with your voddy, son?" They're about to embark on a worldwide tour - see them if you can, you won't be disappointed.

I need 8 hours!

I know if I get around 5 or 6 hours of sleep, I just drag throughout the day. I guess when you get older, you need more sleep to get the same energy as you did when you were younger imo!

I need to get back into running again! I've been slacking!

Some good news for me: I have been relieved of my mundane auditing services and back to my previous mediocre services. Woohoo!

Hey Gray! Could you teach me those techniques? I could really use them these days.

Just got about 16-20inches of snow the other day. Most snowfall I've ever seen in my life. Upwards of 50mph winds, and sporadic THUNDER and LIGHTNING. Yes, that's correct, not a typo, Thunder and Lightning during a blizzard. It was quite a surreal experience.

Dealing with some freezing temperatures right now.

sounds cool. will definitely try to see them again. I have probably seen them more often than the brothers, even though I could not confirm that.

Insane! Thundersnow storms are supposedly really rare, there's only about 6.3 events reported in the states every year. I remember seeing one when I lived in Michigan, it was really bizarre.

Or quite a bitch! Hopefully the internetz is keeping you company.

I hate to brag but San Francisco has some of the nicest weather in the wintertime. It's usually sunny and in the upper 60s during the daytime. I'm going to go for a bikeride soon. :D

Looking forward to seeing THE TWELVES tomorrow night!!!!
