Titan hass some real cool beats, Little Goblin is great, Trigger would be a great next single and Nuclear is a good punk song. No souvenirs is said by some people to be the best Prodigy untill now, I haven't heard it myself. I think the next Prodigy album will be in store around June an will have some great songs on it. The beats for BGAT are as fat as they can get.

^ Finally got my copy (it's a promo, and it was sitting in the "take me home or I'll get thrown out" bin at my work) of Si Begg's Director's Cut 3 weeks ago and I have to say it does kick my butt 6 ways from Sunday. Such a lucky score!

right on, the directors cut is rather wicked. if you like bass and insane step times. its right up your alley..
Si Begg aka Si Futures aka Buckfunk 3000 aka Cabbageboy aka Bigfoot in case you want to check out more of his work..
you guy should check out Son Of The Electric Ghost. Crazy American is a great track and it describes the man to a tee! Complicate the Sequence is also wicked as hell...
all his tracks are on his site for free:

morning anyone,
first of all i apologise in advance i know this is my first post and i don't mean to be narky but i'm at work and have been for the past 12 hours with 2and a half to go and i really need some sleep.
anyway what is it with (most) people who are "into" music they're like people who brag about drugs, just enjoy it. all this talk of commercial and selling out and shit. just cos a record sells lots doesn't mean it suddenly turns crap, bet you liked it when it was "underground".
"post jilted generation stuff... too commercial" wtf does that mean
"don't like the popular tracks from fotl" ffs sort it out,
don't know why i'm attempting to write this barely compus mentis, but why can't people like a tune regardless of who else likes it and how many copies it sells.
by the way paulieslim nice one on the breaks tip, it's gonna take over the world. (but remember when it gets too popular you'll have to listen to something else)
if anyone cares my top three are
1 underworld
2 plump djs
3 free*land
my least favorite is crystal method cos they're poo.
sorry about this and maybe i'd have had more of a case if i'd been a little more eloquent and actually strung a coherent sentence together at any point in this post. damn the man :-//

Good post, mr. inoffensive... and welcome to the Chemical haven! I agree with you on most parts of your post. I suppose for some people is that when something turns into a "sellout" it means that it's totally played out and done to death - people are sick of it, they've been inundated to the breaking point. It's happened with me, I'd be lying if I said I was that openminded and free of all prejudice in this matter. But on a whole, I do agree that because something is played out doesn't necessarily mean it's not good, never was good or that people (including you and me) can't enjoy it. I suppose in the commercial world we live in, "selling out" is bound to happen and this just comes with the territory - I suppose we can all strive to be a bit more embracing when it comes to matters like this...
Now it's my turn to apologize for not having had all my coffee, thereby resulting in my somewhat incoherant ramblings...

Oh, Mr Inoffensive, The point about liking songs before they got popular? Not really buying that one, think of the chems, I still like them even thouhg they're all over MTV and the radio. If a song of theirs is played in a club I'll still go nuts. There are other examples, underworld being another one - born slippy was massive but I still love it. Not as much as Born Sloppy (it's born slippy mixed with Elektronauts - Bumper (Plumps' remix), they did the cut themselves). If you get a chance to see the plumps over the next couple of months, go, it's worth it just to hear this tune :D
