Lots of the album reminds me more of Do Make Say Think.

I quite like Do make say think and I quite like the new Radiohead record. So it's a good thing. :)
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

The King of Limbs Remixes
Over the summer, Radiohead will be putting out a series of 12” vinyl releases, using remixes of tracks from The King Of Limbs.

The first release on the 4th July, starts with Little By Little by Caribou and Lotus Flower by Jacques Greene.

They will be available at selected independent record stores and from www.radiohead.com via The King of Limbs tab.

Radiohead are that kind of artists you listen to because everybody repeat "They´re the shit" like a mantra, almost like an obligation, but you don´t like secretly. I almost fell asleep listening to KOL in the bus Posted Image . I just don´t care anymore, the same happened to me with Bjork, her new songs are ...zzzzzzzzzzz

I tend to disagree. they are just more demanding - it takes much longer to get into their stuff. if you give KOL a first go, you might ask yourself "wtf?". just let it grow, give it the chance to unfold its complex beauty!

To me Radiohead are like a vanilla ice-cream, it tastes midly good but it´s boring. KOL is a lazy album, i think i´ve listened enough music over the years to know when an artist has run out of ideas. I just love a bit of energy and intensity in the music i listen to.

Radiohead continues to produce good music. Nothing they put out will again be the shift from OK Computer to Kid A, though. That was a very interesting, very well done musical experiment.

No disrespect to Radiohead, but I'm done with them unless someone throws them at me.

Exactly. I still haven't bothered getting into King of Limbs (even though I spent £30 on the fuckin album) because I cannot be arsed as you've got to sit there and really listen and who's got the time for shit like that nowadays when there's youtube and youporn. It's like every album after OK Computer, you need to give it time to take shape and it's far from boring.

@Gurilla: If I don't like something, I wont listen to it. I wont pretend to like it...who the fuck does that?

which version do you have, having spent 30 quid?

I also only listened to it through my crappy computer speakers but will hopefully find the time to give the vinyl a go!

The 'newspaper edition'. I only listen to their albums on headphones or quality speakers.

Anyone hear the remixes on the remix album of King of Limbs? They're really good!

Modeselektor: what more do you want?

I've never heard of this remixer, but man is it trippy
