Who's into music making ?

I love FL studio. FL puts a room full of hard-to-find gear into one easy to use program. Even if you could get your hands on all the equipment that's modeled within Fruityloops, it would be near impossible to get them all to work together with such flexibility. I have made tons and tons of shit in FL and some of it is outtathisworld.

If I had the money, my home would be covered with hardware. Software is great, it's a lot of fun to work with and does offer flexibility and ease of use, but for me personally if the opportunity arises (which is... never these days) half the fun is tinkering around with hardware.
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

I use FL studio aswell. I would love to hear some of your music you make on it. Do you have MSN messenger? Or we could send FLPs over the email. :D

I little revival for this topic I hope.
I've been into music making for a couple of years now, I make all-around electronic stuff. My "studio" is an old Kawai digital piano and a computer running Cubase + loads and loads of free VST synths and stuff. So definitively software oriented (no money for hardware :'( ).
Here's my latest creation, born just a few days ago:
Flipflop.mp3 (length: 4:32, size: ~6.5Mb)
sample.mp3 (length: 0:13, size: ~0.3Mb) a small sample so you can check out if the lengthy download is worth it
All sounds are created by me, no already existing samples or synth presets used. I'm very much learning all the time so I would appreciate some constructive comments if you please.

I've made a few tracks, but I'm never quite sure whether I'm 100% happy with them, but I think about it and I can't think of a way to improve them. I haven't got them uploaded anywhere, so I can't share them with you guys yet! I think it's really cool how many people on here are into music making, it makes finding remixers easier ;-)

Great! Pretty unique. which is always nice :D
I listened through the samples from the 4-track "fold", I think that's what you meant c-Row. So this is minimalistical? Like ambient, but with fewer (and more carefully chosen) sounds? Interesting. I haven't been too keen about minimalistic music and these samples didn't quite change my view, but they were definitively above average anyhow. Very good production.

Should work now. :)
I'm working on an album with two of my cousins; hope to finish before March. Its coming out to be not super-unique (as I'd wanted originally), but still fresh-sounding, sweet, and powerful. As soon as final arrangements are decided on, I'll post. :P
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

Thats fucking awesome c-row. Are you under any sort of record label, or your own. Im loving the music :D
:-// :)
Binemusic is a record label run by Jens and me. My CD being published through it is kind of a reward for all the work I had (and still have) with all the homepage source code and translations.
A full album is scheduled for next year. 8)
