Thought that some of you might be interested in my clubnight, which has got a lot in common with music and fun. If neither of these things interest you, please look away now. ;) We play Chemical Brothers and the atmos is pretty hands-in-the-air...



Buttoned Down Disco is a weekly London clubnight which was started back in October 2002 originally as a one-off party as we were bored of most other clubnights and wanted to start something different. The night was a success and on the strength of that, we went on to rock sh*tloads more parties.



Musically, we tend to move things forward with each party, and always manage to rock the dancefloor without having to resort to being predictable in our song choices. We aren't bound by genre stereotypes, but if pinned down I guess we would say that we play Eclectic Pop, Indie, Punk, Electro, Funk & Disco. We have two floors of music at the moment, with the main party being upstairs where you will hear more familiar tracks, and a great little basement room where my little brother plays Bollywood, Bhangra, Reggae, Dub, Dancehall, Breakdance, Northern Soul, Motown, Mambo, Mash Ups, Electronica, Bubblegum Pop, Japanese Pop and quirky cover versions. Our philosophy to partying is unique, as we believe that not only should you have as much fun as possible at our parties, but we also want you to enjoy it for FREE. We are not a profit seeking organization, so ALL money made from the night gets ploughed back into making BDD London's finest night out. Bar none.
