Prodigy - Wake Up Call
Distorted big-beat
Yeah, big-beat. I said it. It's not classic '97 stuff, this is noughty big-beat. It's not quite as good, but it beats the pants off of uninspired house anyday. This track's quite quirky actually, it's got a fire/school bell in it at one point!
Btw, This is my first listen to AONO, well, this will be the last track, I'm off to bed. I think this album must be a grower, it's ok, but a little bit too much at first listen.

Damn, that song sums up my 1994 summer... when I first met my husband! ;) Every time we got in the car, it was on the radio. Every club we went to played that song. Now when I hear it I feel nostalgic, sick as that is.
If we'd had a wedding, it would've been our first dance. Not really, but that sounds like something we would've done just to freak out the relatives at a wedding.
