Hmm, I've got Wipeout 2097, and it doesn't have Leave Home, but it's got Dust-Up Beats. That's a much better track!

I love Wipeout XL!! I played that game so much when I was pregnant (along with Tomb Raider) and I got to be quite good.

Anyway - besides the songs in the game, there's an extra Chemical tidbit hidden on the super bonus level, which takes place inside frozen mountainous caverns. Alongside the track at one part, there's a black and white billboard that says "The Chemical Brothers". The first time I saw it I wasn't sure if my eyes were playing tricks on me, plus it happened for a quick second since I was driving so fast. Finally I got the sense to pause the game and found that my eyes weren't deceiving me. Talk about subliminal messages!

dust-up beats is on the game, correct. but the thread started talking about cd soundtrack.

i must admit that i love the wipeout games. i'm not a person who normally plays computer games, just once in a while. but wipeout is sooo addictive. i got wipeout evolution for the playstation 2 and i got to say that is not as good as 2097/XL. i think getting rid of 'the designers republic' was a big mistake, and the music is nowhere near as good.

yep. same with the original wipeout too. for instance Manic Street Preachers - La Tristesse Durera (scream to a sigh) Dust Brothers vocal mix is on the soundtrack, but i don't remember racing to it on the game!!
