Nah I'm serious, Pioneer Skies is good, and Star Guitar live is starting to get old.

"It's cool to see such massive amounts of love for the Test here and it's awe inspiring live so it's something I hope y'all get to experience one day. It would be nuts if they brought back - it would be interesting to hear how it could be worked into their gig." - whirly girl

I cant stop playing this, ever since I stumbled across it a while back. I like to play it for a little pick me up... Ive seem them every time they've toured and back in 2002 was definitely one of the ground breaking ones. Hey Boy Hey Girl mixed with The Test...love it:

Don't Think Im excited about experiencing live and I'd still love to experience Escape Velocity live as that one seems to be a song where it morphs and changes as time goes on when they tour like the live version of Setting Sun did which I still keep close to my heart to this date. Wonders of the Deep would be an awesome towards the end somewhere but all n all I just cant wait to seem them again live and am so up for the new changes as well as some reinventions of some classics!!!!!
Come out from the cold and into the setting sun. It's where it all began for me (not in Afrika), like it was out of control. Then after that life was sweet. So dream on into the pioneer skies of the fourteenth century and rise from the sunshine underground.

They definitely should invit Richard Ashcroft to sing The Test on stage, like they did with Berth Orton on Where Do I Begin and with Tim Burgess on Life Is Sweet and The Boxer.

After watching this...

How are they not using this one in the encore?
(Additionally, listen to that synth madness they add at the end. Perfect.)

Agreed!
They should use it, or use video snippets of it for another track!

Pioneer Skies would be a great track to play just once or twice - like Nude Night or AMMC in 2007 - but not to totally replace another track for the entire tour.

Marvo Ging would be an awesome one-or-two-off track to play too.

So, with only 5 days left until the first gig of the new tour (the length of a mere school week!), what are you anticipating most?
Me? It's a secret *coughdontthinkcough*.

That's on the 13th.
As for the Don't Think visuals, some instinct within me tells me they'll be this:

View on Vimeo.

That's just the first feeling I got, not necessarily what I think will happen. I hope I'm wrong, actually.

I have too many favorites to list a dream live playlist. A dream for me would be a different playlist for each of the Aussie side shows. Unlikely I know but please Tom and Ed, mix it up in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, just for me .
Further Remixed There's nothing else...

I don't think so either. Remember, they're already using the Hoops/Pills visuals for TSU, and if Ed's Drum Machine pic is anything to go by they're already doing Hoops (which would mean Hoops will have different visuals too).

Fresh visuals are probably the way to go. Don't Think is a beast of its own, it's hard to imagine any of the existing visuals pairing with it. But if they do repurpose visuals for Don't Think, my best bet would be the animal visuals they've used for so many tracks, like Hoops, The Big Jump, Don't Fight Control, and currently, the Setting Sun to Saturate transition.

My best other guesses would be Midnight Madness, Das Spiegel/MMC (seems weird, but it could work), Block Rockin Beats (not the bobbys), or All Rights Reversed.
But I think that some original visuals are going to be the answer. We'll see in 5 days!

I know ! I'm asking this because there's apparently no thread about this gig so chances are we won't have any feedback before the Paris gig.

Hmm, don't know where to post this, so i'll post it here, on their Facebook profile, they posted a flyer about a Chemical Brothers Live World Tour starting today, however most of the dates they announced so far are festivals.
Will this 'world tour' dates going to be announced later on? I really hope they'd come to the Balkans, but announce it early enough so i don't spend all my money on festivals.

Hey Igorchete, not sure if this helps right this instant but I was told all the dates are still to be announced. And I'm not sure yet how the tour will be broken down as far as festivals vs. other shows.

I hope they come to your area, too...
