Which is the Greatest No.1 Single?
As we approach the 1000th number one single we'd like to know which one you think is the greatest.
We'll use your choice to compile the top ten Greatest No.1 Singles of Radio 1 listeners which we'll announce later in the month.

I think you can probably guess who I chose, I didn't actually give it much thought thinking about it...

chemicalreaction, it's different over in the UK when it comes to licenses and cars. It's not like the US where cars are cheaper and disposable as well as a symbol of freedom and getting your license is like a right of passage.
First, the cost of vehicles in the UK is very high. The cost of fuel is very high, as is maintenance. Ease of public transportation in the UK makes it convenient not to own a car. There's lots of people there who aren't losers who don't see the need to throw their money away on a car.
