Review time ! I'll try to keep it short.

It was amazing ! Very immersive, great editing, great post production, and of course the music was great, even if I knew who the killer was all along ! The last part (Leave Home/Galvanize + Block Rockin Beats) was very powerful, it kinda makes me regret that there is not more old big beatish tracks in the set. The actress playing the girl is a cutie !

Too many stuff to talk about, I'll wait for the others to see it to discuss :)

i've got a fucking flu, i had a fucking running to have my suburb train just after the film, i'm fucking tired, and my girlfriens is asking me to make her swing......so just the time to say that the movie is absolutely powerful, amazing superflash (i won't say anything, it's just brilliant) nice postprod, i couldn't resist to shake my body. just a bit disapointed of the less exploitation of believe live. I will tell it forever. amzing song on live. Don't think is a a fucking great film !!! so much to say !

Might be a bit late now, but wouldn't mind - still in the office, 2 blocks from cinema, finishing a few things off. Anywhere you suggest in the area?

Just in from the Dublin screening. Was amazing, great atmosphere, even in the cinema. People were up dancing and clapping and screaming. They were even serving booze down the front of the cinema Posted Image
Only gripes I have are with the sound in the cinema. At first it was quite low, until someone went up to the projectionist and asked him to turn it up which he did. The speakers down the front were out of sync with the ones up the back, I realise there's supposed to be a delay for the sound to travel but it was like someone was poorly "mixing" tracks. When the volume was turned up it wasn't as noticeable. Highlights were Saturate and Dont know. Lowlights were the lack of flatnose george, he was in it, just not enough Posted Image Chemical Beats was pretty early in the set and the visuals were a little underwhelming. All in all it was brilliant. I presume its being released on cd/dvd the same way the Prodigy did the same at Milton Keynes Bowl last year? Im sure its already mentioned in the thread but dont have time to go through 24 pages!!

Well, that was mighty impressive. Highlight for me, as it is with the live sets, was Believe - still managed to send shivers down my spine as it builds up to a crescendo.

Who'd have thought that Tom and Ed have so much fun up there? Mr Rowlands - help me lord indeed!

And I think I may have fallen for a young Japanese lady with the beguiling dark eyes...

I never noticed (probably because we don't have this in France) that the "Don't Think" visuals were based on these :

I kinda wished they showed a little more of Tom and Ed doing their thing. I loved the shots from directly above them.
Further Remixed There's nothing else...

Nice to see Ed talking about the film's title track!

Quote

Simons: It was one of our favorite tracks from the Further sessions, but it didn't fit into the scope of the album; it was too big and the album was pretty short. It developed as a live track and we released it as a b-side. It actually became one of our biggest live tracks; in dance, it's almost more intoxicating to experience a new track live for the first time. It also had the great accompanying "Don't Walk, Don't Think" street sign visuals, which set an ideal for this whole concert film. The underlying message of the film is "don't think, just feel."

Also, I envy all you folks who went to the preview shows! I'll be attending a regular screening!
