what i did to those ppl at oxegen that played trance at 5am?
well i have new neighbours......who have partys until 5am......
cops wont do anything.
so this morning they are having a wake up call.
-radioactive man
-and old japanese industrial electro act call hanetasashi(???)
-atari teenage riot
tonight they are also having the expencive low profile tyres on their cars slashed and every panel on the cars keyed.
the cops are cunts
my justice comes swift and pure
i dont believe in this escalation kind if revenge, where you do something, they do something. i go straight to the top level.

While I totally agree with blasting music back at them, I definitely don't see how slashing their tires and keying their cars would be the correct course of action for their disruption of your sleep until 5 AM.
Be more creative and less destructive. I mean, if destruction is involved in your creation, so be it, but direct property damage isn't really saying much other than, generally, somebody is pissed at them.
See about getting into their circuit breakers and cutting off the right ones. See about (though obviously illegal) breaking into their house, setting up a very, very loud alarm that will wake them up while they're asleep.
One time my girlfriend's father hid a watch in the crawlspace of somebody's house and set it to go off at two a.m. every night. They were his friends and it was a practical joke, but it was effective and creative, nonetheless.
See if you can come up with something good to share with us. ;-)

Tuck frozen shrimp in their garden. When the shrimp start to rot, your neighbors will never know where the smell is coming from!
Yeah - it's passive aggressive, but it won't hurt anyone or cause much destruction other than an undetectable stench flowing from their yard.

be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

I'd advice this too : (with max bass level)
Amon Tobin - Creatures
Chems - Under the Influence (obviously :p)
And with very very loud sound, very annoying songs when you're deeply asleep :
Daft Punk - The Brainwasher
Aphex Twin - Ventolin
