Outkast are still working? Hmm, I've been listening to rumors it seems.
Should I be worried if 88% of lineup is unknown to me?

I felt slightly similar and saw people on line losing it though still on how good it is. its not crap by any means but every festival has there quiet years. (in the perception of some peoples music tastes I suppose)
Come out from the cold and into the setting sun. It's where it all began for me (not in Afrika), like it was out of control. Then after that life was sweet. So dream on into the pioneer skies of the fourteenth century and rise from the sunshine underground.

I'm also experiencing 40 - 44 degrees celcius for the whole week down here. Summer has finally started melting us away in Melbourne. No cool change over night either. no fun when you don't have air con and put up with peoples aromatic 'presence' on public transport. My 1st world problem I know. How you kids coping with the cold??

I didn't watch the grammy awards. And if I did, here comes a 4 pound turd hurling at a 40 inch TV!

That is all!

Daft Punk cleaned up, as expected (or at least, as I expected).

With all this extra publicity, we probably won't have to wait 5+ years for a follow up album. Enjoy.

No pressure Daft Punk for a follow up. No pressure at all.

Maybe since they have Grammys now, they can leave this bring-life-back-to-music-crap behind and start once again with decent electronic music.

Unfortunately I loved RAM but it's now a write off due it bringing back some bad memories, so I can join the haters club now :P I wonder where they'll go next, they brought back disco for a period of time, maybe they could bring back Country & Western. Yes, Daft Punk Feat. Dolly Parton and Kenny Rodgers.

I think its now fairly obvious that they knew how brilliant and how huge Get Lucky was going to be. It was the only thing in the promotion, its still knocking around and is officially a modern classic. They knew it would sell albums on its own. Just hope they dont apply the same logic to next album.

the grammy performance was ok, some nice touches, I liked the whole recording studio thing there's a bit where stevie wonder misses his cue and pharell points at him. Err, you might have the magic touch musically but you cant make blind people see pharell. all the heads dancing at the end seemed a bit weird, contrived but hey ho.
