I've got an exam tomorrow morning that I'm only starting studying for now, but I do have an A in this class from last semester's work. I just hope I don't drag it down too far. I have a feeling it will be a late night tonight. I have the energy drinks waiting.

Well, it's 5:50 AM. I have to be up for school in an hour anyways, so I think I'm just going to pull an all-nighter. I am pretty tired right now though. Could've been in bed at least two hours ago if I hadn't been on another forum.

A shame I have to work tonight, because I won't get home until about 10:30 PM. And then I work Saturday morning at 7 AM. Sleep is for the weak, but more importantly it's spring break after tomorrow. Only work and homework to worry about!

I'm exhausted. Exam went reasonably well today. Looks like no legal action will be taken against me but I will likely have to pay a pretty hefty fine. I have to go to work in 30 minutes. I have caught a 20 minute catnap in the past day and a half. I cannot wait to get home tonight. Two clonazepam and bed await.

My dad starts dialysis soon. I just talked to my mom today and she's a wreck, while he was uncharacteristically chipper when he answered the phone. He gets his shunts put in next week. It comes as no surprise since he's been trying to thrwart this for at least 2 years with proper diet and excercise but it's too little, too late - his kidney's are functioning at 12-14%.

Blugh...

Aw, thanks Darkstar - we shall see what happens. My dad is the most obstinate person anyone could ever meet, and probably the most spiteful as well which is what I think keeps the blood coursing in his veins. Never got on very well with my dad but it's still sad to see someone when their body's turning against them, and I don't like it when my mom's so upset. I visit my parents about once a month and he deteriorates more and more every time I see him. He looks about 80, his skin is yellow and waxy and the slightest scratch will make him bleed and bruise, and he sleeps constantly - falls asleep during meals, feel asleep while tying his shoes getting ready to take the dogs out, sleeps on and off all day and all night. He just recently had surgery on both eyes so he could get his driver's liscense back for daytime driving only, but his failing health is a hazard and his liscense will probably be revoked again which really is for the best of anyone on the road. At this point we're not clear if dialysis at this stage of the game is the end of the line, just a way to buy more time so to speak.

Is it safe to roam these threads or are the spam bots still lurking?

The spam bots are still around, and are being dealt with on a post-by-post basis. From my point of view, the clean up duties have been easier and there doesn't seem to be as much spam. And one thing I have definitely noticed is the spam bots haven't been making their way into existing threads like before. It makes clean up duties much easier!

Sorry to hear about your dad Whirly, but the dialysis should make him feel better - less tired, etc. Maybe the possibility of a transplant is out there still?

--------------------------------

Today I'm not feeling great. Think I had mild food poisoning last night, although there was no voiding which is a good thing I guess. That said, the poisoned feeling is hanging about, coming in waves today which is irritating.

I can deal with that though, couple of paracetamol and the pain goes away. What is really irritating me now is my teeth. Whilst eating on Thursday night, a couple of my teeth moved against each other (well that's what it felt like), so they don't sit in line and feel really weird. It feels like they're gonna fall out, although I know that's unlikely, but it doesn't make it easier. I can't eat really coz I don't wanna knock them way out of line but hanging in there. Strange thing is though, I've looked in the mirror and they look alright, and I've had a bit of push and pull and they don't move - they're not loose, but it feels like they are though. Gotta find a dentist now but to be honest I'm kinda scared they'll rip them all out. I'm not worried about the pain of the procedure, it's just the fact that my mouth will never feel the same again, that it'll bug me for the rest of my life. :'(

Thanks Jeans and chemicalfan for the well wishes! :)

chemicalfan I feel bad you've got food poisoning. It sucks because you have no choice but to ride it out. But you should go to the dentist. Maybe you just have a stubborn piece of food stuck in your teeth that's making them feel out of place.

British Pharmacy Chain to Begin Trial to Offer Men Anti-Impotence Drug Viagra Over Counter

Sunday February 11, 1:07 pm ET

LONDON (AP) -- British pharmacy chain Boots will begin a trial program on Valentine's Day to offer men the anti-impotence drug Viagra without a prescription, the company said Sunday.

The initial pilot program is expected to last six months, and Boots will then consider whether to expand it to other pharmacies. The chain has about 1,500 stores across Britain

YES!!!!!
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

I'm sure it'll be a matter of time til we see Viagra sold over the counter here in the States before a woman can buy her birth control without a prescription...

Word. The all-important third date tonight and I'm both exhausted and clueless. I hope this goes somewhere. I need RELEASE!

X-D

On the other hand, likely going on Saturday to the birthday of some 20-year-old hottie that my buddy Richard knows and all her friends. They're going to see strippers and then we're going to try to convince them to go the Yacht Club for some dancefloor, fancy footwork and much more.

Anyway hi everybody i'm back whiehoo.

havent really had time to internet that much. Got a bit of a life going on....JK! U know i'm the most life-less person here. Anyways life is allright here. Going trough a bit of a crisis. No idea what the hell i want to do with my life. Discovered that the reason why i went to Oz is because i needed to escape from Amsterdam and Oz was the easiest solution. Not the smartest one ,i know now. Anyway yeah so i worry a lot lately. I need a good rave up man...Damn.

Oh , and i met this boy i like , my roommie brought him home cause she's trying to date him. Anyway this boy and me ended up talking for an hour about music and raving and shit. He has sublime taste in music , big plus. So he comes to my work to pick up something and gives me a dvd full of awesome music , some that i already new , luke Unkle and Hexstatic and Cold Cut and RJD2 and shit. So yeah this boy is hot u know - but my roommie is trying to date him so i'm not gonna make any move. it's a bit annoying cause i am desperate haha , but friendship goes first , that goed without saying.

Anyway hope everyone is well - Whirly i miss our Sunday Chats!

I wouldn't call it desperation if you find him attractive and have a lot in common. I'd call that perfect.

Last night went well. Really good time. First kiss. I feel like I'm in high school again. Tee hee. Still don't know if this is going anywhere, but it may prove to be a fun time regardless.

Jeanie Beanie!!! I miss our Sunday chats, waaaaah! I miss the pm's "come online weeeeeej!"

Anyway lady, don't you worry about the reason why you went to Oz. You're there and you make the most of what you got. What you want to do in life - that'll come in time... or you can be like me and spend your life being undecisive. X-D Anyway, good call on not trying to take the boy your roommate has your eye on. It may seem like a quality match but it's not worth it, and one day you never know, the shoe might be on the other foot if you know what I mean.
