Just please be careful and make sure there's a reality-man/woman with you to make sure things go right. Doing that stuff for the first time in any tightly crowded area might be overwhelming, and could cause you to panic especially since you've never done it before - you don't know what to really expect. The ultimate goal is to be overwhelmed by the music, not the drug.

To be honest I really don't think you need to drop anything at a chems show, the music is good enough and the atmosphere is intense. Its a waste of a chems gig in my eyes.



I hate it when you go to a gig or a festival theres lots of people on or selling drugs, sometimes it can spoil it for others.

Be careful!!! If you think you HAVE to (which you honestly dont, the music is the biggest high), only go to a trusted friend! DO NOT try to buy them from people you dont know. BE CAREFUL if you have a boyfriend or girlfriend, if they're not with you, you can get very horny and do something you may regret!

Have at least ONE friend sober with you at all times! Know the location of the nearest hospital. For your first time, ONLY TAKE ONE. One is more than enough!

But what i don't like is when its rubbed in your face! I hate it when someone next to you has clearly taken alot and is taking even more in front of you. What i also don't like is when your allways being asked if you have or want any.

But at the end of the day a chems show is good enough for me without any other substances in my body. And its your own body your harming in the long run.

In my opinion, I wouldn't enjoy pills in a club. When I took X, I loved talking to my mates about stuff, really bonding well. In a club where you can't hear people, that would piss me off.



Go sober or have a few drinks - alcohol is the best enhancer of music I've found.

THE MYTH - if u buy a drug from a drug dealer (gasp shock horror!!) in a venue u will die as its prob laced with arsenic/smack/glass/weasels (delete as appropriate)



THE FACT - most of the times if u buy drugs off people in clubs or whatever they are generally people like you who happen to have a couple spare. if u do buy them off random drug dealer dudes (u know the type!) they either dont work or aren't very good. it is extremely unlikely that u will do, though not impossible.



THE MYTH - if u need drugs (shock horror!) to enjoy the chems live set u are a loser who needs drugs to enjoy music



THE FACT - e (can) heighten the feelings you get from the music your grooving too. frankly, watching the chems makes me feel like im on e even when im not. when im on e and watching them, well, ive had some of the most mindbloing experiences of my life.



sorry, i just find all this puritanical spouting to be complete hogwash.



dont get me wrong - im very aware of the dangers of e, and dont mistake me for a drug dustbin - im not, in fact i havent done e's for nearly 2 years now.



it just seems daft that the chems live set is taylor made for a top notch e experience, and people here who are getting muntered to enjoy it are getting dissed :?
