This is a totally fictional thread but I think it would be a fun thing to think and talk about. Hey, who knows, maybe someone that knows the right people will feel inspired and can provide such an event.
Obviously, Tom and Ed have had quite the career as musicians. Their music has impacted peoples lives globally. Most of us here think of them as the leaders in their genre, and rightfully so. After 7 highly successful studio albums in the book, we're fairly close to several notable 20 year milestones in their career. First up is their formation of "The Dust Brothers" and their first track release "Song to the Siren", which occurred in 1993. Second, is the debut album from their newly titled band "The Chemical Brothers", with their release "Exit Planet Dust" in 1995.
In my opinion, It would be great to honor one of these important milestones in form of a convention, festival, or special curated concert. With the fan community at its highest point, it's a great time to do something special. In no way do I feel Tom and Ed should be obligated to participate in anyway, it's more so an honoring of their careers.
It would be great to see some of their colleagues like Norman Cook, Justin Robertson, or Pete Tong host and or perform.
It would be cool to see it as weekend event.
I would imagine the most convenient place to hold it would be in London.
Throw out your ideas if you any...

Hmm, maybe we could hire out the Natural History Museum for part of the convention, that would be cool.

A Chemical Convention would take years to get a pile of people to come up with the resources, and layout the planning for an event like this, plus I think it shouldn't be just one city, but multiple cities! I like the idea of having booths of music, art, merch, psychedelia, drugology, etc!
Live music too: Schoolly D, Primal Scream! Maybe an autograph session from Michel Gondry!
