When I went to order a hoody, the price for express shipping was 2 pounds and standard shipping was 6.50. It just seems really strange that the faster shipping would be cheaper. I've had problems with the chems webshop before, I hope there are none this time, because if there are, my parents wont order from it again. So, do you guys thnk this is a misprint or what?

That's odd.



I'm thinking the reason why express shipping costs being less than standard shipping is more of an internal thing between the shipper and the company that ships the product out. Sometimes shipping industries offer companies special package rates on express deliveries, and it's actually less money for companies to ship out at the special rate than it is for them to ship standard.



There's also the issue of weight, and where the item is being shipped to (big difference between having something shipped to the boonies as opposed to sprawling suburbia or urban areas) - and these things are varied when it comes to cost of shipping either express, 2 day delivery, standard ground delivery, and so on.



That's really the only thing I can think of as to the strange price differences in shipping costs.



What problems with the website have you had?

They asked us for our address about 3 times after placing the order, and in the end never sent the product. About ths shipping, it just doesnt make sense at all. Shipping PTB express to tennessee costs 20 pounds, a hoody only costs 2 :?
