I have a problem with Netflix logging out everytime I use the search function, meaning I can only watch what shows up on the main page. As any normal person would, I googled for a solution to the problem. This is literally the only solution I have found:

I'm not sure why computer code doesn't work the way that it is suppose to, but it is easy to for code to get messed up and generate different output.
A number of things could cause the code that saves the cookies and cache to mess up, for example, errors that are generated by windows. Windows is designed to make an attempt at fixing itself. Sometimes it does a good job, others times it fixes the problem but leaves the once affected area kind of buggy. Other things that could cause this problem are spyware, adware, and viruses. Those three things are not preventable. I mean you can reduce your chances of getting those three things but to completely reduce them, there is no way.
To test to see if my theory on why you are experiencing this annoying problem, you can format your c: . The drive that Windows is installed on. Then install Windows and see if the site works. If the site continues to log you out, then the problem is on the server side and not on the client side.

I just analyzed the problem from a programmer's perspective.
