she is a reknowned youtuber and this video was featured, some of you might have seen it. Anyway I PM'ed her with my idea for the film which was alright I suppose but then i got a reply from a guy called Mike Regen, and he said he liked this idea and wanted to talk to me about it so he left his number and a website and all and told me he wa was a producer, i thought no way gtfo like, turns out he actually is, and im thinking no seriously is this true :S

So i rang and left a message moreless uber confused going.. uuhh yeahhh...this is joe fox...from em...northern ireland belfast and ahh you like messages me about a film...and i just wanna know whats that about i dont really understand?

Hmmm. Do your research, Foxy. There is always the possibility of paperlillies having an agent or publicist who handles inquiries like yours - so this Mike Regan guy could be legit. I can't think of how else would he have known to respond to you if it weren't for your PM to paperlillies.

Anyway, if it were me I would ask to correspond in writing so there's a "paper trail". Ask this guy questions pertaining to his business with paperlillies and what would entail if your film idea were put into effect. You also might want to see if there's a way to contact other people who've done projects through paperlillies and see what channels they went through to bring their projects to fruition.

That said I haven't viewed the link yet so I don't know who paperlilles is. But I just thought I'd throw a couple of things out there. Good luck!!

Good advice with the paper trail, Whirls. Working in the field of law, I can't tell you how important it is to have all agreements in writing. As trustworthy as people may be, there's always a chance you'll get screwed over.

Be cautious, but not paranoid. Definitely ask questions and use your intuition before moving forward with anything.

but like, its so weird that, his message came to my inbox in her username..... she must have like copied and pasted it to me... :S Which I dont seem to understand. But meh, I rang him and we talked and it turned out he was looking for her and there was a mix up..
