I knew it! Just waiting for the line up! CHEM BROS= AWESOME, but Ke$ha, seriously? Am I reading this right?
Nice to see Leftfield, Richie Hawtin and MGMT, but most of the line up is really meh... Dizzee seriously needs to stay home. He's been to at least two festivals in AUS each year! ALL ABOUT THE MONEY....

I was hoping that adding Ke$ha to the line up was a joke.
I wonder if James Holroyd being on the line up means he'll be supporting the Chems in their side shows again. I thought he was pretty good in 08.

Looking forward to Chems (obviously!) and Leftfield, again think they could have chosen better than Ke$ha, she does seem the odd one out on the lineup, they could have chosen someone who's a little more underground or dance music orientated imo.
I've heard that Zain Lowe isn't a bad DJ live..... I'll hold judgement on that one until I see him!

I know it's still a long way off, but I am hoping to video one of the side shows from start to finish. Probably the Melbourne show, but I will need some help. No way I can stand there for the whole show and not dance. Anyone want to help out? We can take turns. I have a HD video camera and a HQ sound recorder so it should be worth it.

Exactly 4 weeks till the Melbourne gig!! Time on these forums fly! I joined after my first show which I realize is now 6 years ago! I think it's time to do a roll call on who's going to which concert. I'm going to both the Melbourne Shows (future and side show). Australia is very lucky, Tom & Ed are doing a total of 8 shows plus a gig in Ackland!
I wonder how long the set up for the side shows take, I know Rihanna has a show the night before in Melbourne at the same venue. Hope they bump out quick enough for the CB crew to set up properly.

I wonder if they will have all their gear set up for the future festivals. They do Future Brisbane on the Saturday and then Perth on the Sunday. How do they move all that gear 3600km and set it up in a day?
Sydney side show is the day after the Melbourne one too. The crew is gonna be very busy.
My wife and I are going to Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney side shows and Brisbane future. Would love to meet up with other fans, although we're probably older than your parents, which could be weird

well they said all the gear was to be shipped... so probably they'll have it all with them. maybe they've got everything twice. 3600 km seems indeed impossible within a day.
