:D niceeeee!!!

Oh yeah I forgot I was gonna make a point! Um, oh yeah, I agree with y'all about dowloading live sets. Clearly there is HUGE demand out there for an official Chems live album/DVD.



I'm sure that Tom and Ed and Virgin are fully aware of that demand and I have every confidence that they will eventually release an official live set. But until they release that live album, I have no problems morally with downloading these live sets. The longer they test our patience and draw it out, the more fans will download these live sets ;-)



If I was to personally choose a format for this release, it would be something like this:



DVD - one whole live set, unedited (for example, a recent set like Brixton Academy); plus highlights clips from landmark sets of the past (much like the collection of live clips on their Singles DVD), but edited together to form a quasi-set, much like the live footage Underworld used on their 'Everything' DVD.



CD - The audio of the same unedited live set.



Suggestions and criticisms on the back of a postcard to the usual address please! ;-)

The whole idea is simple, the more gigs uploaded by more ppl, the more chance of somethin u dont have bein there. if u got somethin why not upload. i send these gigs out to anyone who asks and they don't have to upload if they havn't got anythin, it just means more people can listen to live chems gigs. its all bout sharing.

i have about a dozen live sets and mix sets in my collection will try and sort something out with them to put them on gmail

Both aren't as clean as chile. Chile was professionally recorded, these wern't, simple as that. Paris 02 isn't as good quality as Dublin 05, the songs are quite quiet. Barcelona is very good, not as good as Chile but still very good. The crowd can be heard but songs like Come With Us and It Began In Afrika are fantastic live.
