"We have worked with some guest singers but mostly the album is pure Chemical Brothers," says Tom Rowlands.

A new album from The Chemical Brothers will arrive next year.

The album is tied into a new live show from the veteran act, with Sónar today revealing that they'll be hosting The Chemical Brothers at next year's festival in Barcelona. Speaking to Sónar, founding member Tom Rowlands said: "The most important feature of the album is that it connects with us emotionally in some way. We hope for finding a new way to make you feel. We dream of new sounds and different frames. We have worked with some guest singers but mostly the album is pure Chemical Brothers."

The yet-to-be-titled album is the first studio LP from The Chemical Brothers since 2010's Furher, though they've worked on a couple of film-related projects in the past couple of years, scoring the 2011 movie Hanna and working with director Adam Smith on their own concert film, Don't Think. Smith is also involved with the act's new live show.

Although this isn't exactly new (Ed mentioned it in a previous interview), I'm so hyped now! Posted Image

Oh man, and I do hope they'll be doing some more scores!! Hanna was such a gem and so different from that same old thing you usually get in motion pictures.

I'm all excited for the new album, its title and its revitalizing effect on the forum!

This is very, very true. I'm afraid this is mandatory.

Nothing But Pleasure or GTFO.

wheeeeeeeee
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

This old man,

He don't need no music sheets,
but with a snip-snip-snippy-snip
gave his mop a chop,

It seems to be Zoo Brazil's Give It To Me mixed with something else. Would guess not a CB tune.

There is however now a second part from that uploader. I have no idea what this is, but it's nice.
