Yup I remember that story. But I thought maybe the track would have made it to a compilation before they had problems with the Revolution 9 sample.
About XDUSTCD3, it doesn't exist because XDUSTLPDJ3 was EBW 3/4 and EBW4 didn't make it on Surrender (that's my theory). I guess if Freak of the Week were on Surrender, then it would be XDUSTCD3 and not XDUSTCD4
