I did this at the suggestion of Ben_j, so you should thank him...
I spend about half an hour trawling the boards and YouTube for all the songs they've been trying out live (and will likely appear on the new album) and put it all neatly together in a list for your convenience! Hope you like it:
“After Sunglasses”:

If you’ll excuse the lack of neutrality for a moment, this is my personal favorite. Its name comes from its position in the Coachella setlist (right after “Sunglasses At Night” by Tiga & Zyntherius) and it raves mercilessly. Features some indecipherable vocals (one brief segment sounds kind of like Q-Tip rapping) and transitions into a different song before the end.
“After After Sunglasses”/”Proxyon”:

A throbbing electro track; immediately follows “After Sunglasses” at Coachella. On the accompanying bootleg it was accidentally merged with “After Sunglasses” so they were on the same track; as such it has not gotten much attention.
“Last Track”/”Watch The Skies”:

The former name comes from its position on the Coachella setlist, the latter from a Twitter post the Chems made. Has drawn comparisons by fans to The Private Psychedelic Reel for its length and The Sunshine Underground for its style. As you would suspect from this it is one of their more highly-anticipated “new tracks”.
(Also, I would like to note the similarities between one of the main synth lines and the famous one from “Baba O’Riley” by The Who:

“Crazy Cowbell Track”:

Never was a song so aptly-named. A track the Brothers started playing in their Italian DJ sets that has trickled down to us through some bass-heavy videos. Fan comparison has leaned towards the title track of “Dig Your Own Hole”, although I consider it much darker.
“Remember To Fall In Love”:

Thanks to a pair of posts on Twitter reciting the known lyrics, this is the only track that is pretty much 100% certain to be on Chem7, perhaps even a single. A very “warm” track with an unknown vocalist. The drums drop in about halfway through the video above.
“Warm Vibe”:

This one’s pretty vague. That’s the only known clip of the song and it’s kind of distorted. Though it may not actually be a new Chems track, it bears no resemblance to any known song they’ve been playing as of late.
And two tracks that have lain dormant for a while but have aroused fan expectations as of late considering the apparent “sound” of Chem7:
“Live Intro Track”:

A smooth, mellow track that the Brothers used to open up their Brixton set in 2005. Hasn’t really shown up anywhere since, but there have been recent signs that it may have been dusted off and revised for the new album (let’s cross our fingers!).
“Animal Track”/”Problem-Question”:

The holy grail of unreleased Chems material, this song was toured around live during some shows in December of 2008. It was supposedly going to be Electronic Battle Weapon 8, but was allegedly shelved by the Brothers due to a problem with the bassline. Speculation about this one has abounded for years so I suppose it’s inevitable that it would come up on a list of potential new-album material, but hey, it’s possible. Let’s hope the Brothers worked it out with this one!
...Well, there you have it. You are now officially up-to-speed on all potential candidates for Chem7. This thread will be historically significant after it comes out!
*3 Years Later*
“Hey... a speculation thread about [Chem7 Album Title]! Let’s look around to see how wrong they were.”
*looks*
“They thought ‘After Sunglasses’ raved mercilessly? Weird...”
