Anyone going... first time i am going to see one of the reasons i got into this genre of music at such a young age. Charly and Ruff in the Jungle rally changed my view on what music was, when i was thirteen. I was in the midst of grunge music drama and when i stumbled upon the prodigy experience it made understand that there was so much more fun out there. Anyway... how is their live show for a newbie to see them live?

that was very elating... thanks for the novella. i really enjoyed that entire thread. foxys review was also intrigueing. I cant wait to see these guys. i hope to have an adventure as well. I saw the chems at central park and your little group of true fans hits home. slipvin i agree that the new sound is totlaly not the style i thought they would progress into but it still is none the less a new sound that should be taken in and not just flat out revolted agaiinst. I really am not a big fan of girls a d in general anything since the fat of the land. I didnt care that album that much either but it still is taking electronic music to new places and not letting these sounds be relooped and masked behind crappy flange and fx it brings in something fressh and new feelings.. so dont burn the shit... just wait until u feel like u something new to listen to. I didnt fully grasp PTB until one day... it all just came together. I still doont think ptb is the best album but it certainly makes me wonder what tthese musicians will do next.

Grr. The Prodigy needs to GTF to Memphis! Along with the Chems!

I agree that AONO isn't a good album, but it has a couple of good songs, like Spitfire, though I would cut it in the middle, because after that, it just repeats the same as the first half.

anywho! My real question is what is "Wake the Fuck Up" and what CD do you get it off of? :? I've never heard of it and I think I basically have most of what they've done thats not on a single or vinyl exlusively.

It's the new Back To Mine compilation. It has a red cover with Liam 'Prodigy' Howlett on it. That explains the Liam Prodigy thing.

Wake the Fuck Up was also the song that they've used as the opening song in Creamfields 2005 Argentina, here's the part of my review, but at that time I didn't know that it was called Wake the Fuck Up.
