Found this on the Charlatans website. --
The Charlatans premiered three of their new songs at Manchester's Old Trafford cricket ground, in front of 20,000 fans, last summer. Of these - the clangy 'Blue For You', the uplifting 'Try Again Today' and the ragged 'Feel The Pressure' - it is the latter that is most immediately noteworthy, courtesy of the Tom and Ed Chemical's fizzing production. (The long- standing friendship between the two bands also finds form on the Chemicals next album, on which Burgess sings and Brookes drums.)
Looking forward to hearing Burgess and the Chemicals once again...

while we are on the subject of the charlatans. the first single off the new album was rumoured to be 'feel the pressure'. unfortunately this is not the case. the albums title track 'up at the lake' will be the first single. i have just heard it, it's getting its first radio play today. quite bouncey, poppy and a bit like blur. oh well looks like we will have to wait till may when the new charlatans album drops to hear 'feel the pressure'

That's so cool, sneaker!!! Your introductory post is brimming with excitement and enthusiasm, hope Pete Charlatan gives you a warm "hello." I know the Charlatans sometimes post on their board and I've lurked about there too just to get a feeling for the place, and given by what was said in response to what you wrote, I have no doubt the UK2LA person is Mr. Burgess himself!
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

So, there is Life Is Sweet (live) by Tim Burgess, I can't seem to shake and the mixes of Feel the Pressure to look forward to! :D I really want to hear Feel the Pressure, anyone want to describe succinctly what it's like?
PS. (Chems) Collaborations are a very beautiful thing, bringing fans of different music tastes together! :D :D :D
