I always wonder when the day arrives when I finally meet them after all these years.

I picture myself lost for words because I can't express how much I want to thank them for making music that has gotten me hooked on them than any other artist or group I've listened to. I'd probably be star stuck if I saw them for the first time, but then again, I might try to downlplay it and be like 'hey guys love your stuff! Glad to me you both"! But that's too hard to do. I guess a simple handshake to Tom and Ed would be most welcome I suppose because listening to them for so long it already seems like I already know them in some strange way. So meeting them would be like visiting a ol' friend or a family member I always knew.

Last night's dream was weird! I was watching the bros backstage in concert while they where performing HBHG. Ed looked at me and shouted 'Come here' as he pointed his finger where he wanted me to stand at. So I went over there shyfully and nervous where he wanted me to stand.

He wanted me to stand between him and Tom.

Tom then tapped me on the shoulder while HBHG was played midway, and said to me to start hitting these keys on this synth. When I started hitting them, it was like syncing to the beat and then me, Tom, and Ed, were just jamming together with all of our heads going up and down as if we were mind controlled with this pulsating sound that echoed the crowd. We were doing this as if time never stopped. Then the the lights started to get dim and darkness was setting over our equipment. I was totally blind as T and E were nowhere to be found. HBHG was still playing in the background as I turned around and saw this pillow come crashing to my face. I turned my face again and saw this small light with the numbers 4:21. It was my cellphone alarm going off, and it annoyed me because it interrupted my dream and awakened me as I sat up straight on my bed and grabbed my cellphone and tried to make clear of the music that my alarm was playing.

The alarm was playing HBHG!

This is what happens when your a fan!

That's a pretty awesome segue into consciousness from a dream!

I've had Tom & Ed dreams where I've gone to see them at shows and ended up doing random stuff afterwards with them and some other Chems peeps. ::sigh:: Yes, always a Chems fan, indeed.

inchemwetrust - It won't matter if you are at a loss for words if the day comes and you meet Tom and Ed. The words will flow. They're friendly guys, and there's no rock star 'I'm better than you' pretentiousness about them at all.

That's too funny about your dream! At least in your dream you were actually getting somewhere. It just stinks you had to wake up, hahahaha! Whenever I have a Chemical related dream, it's always rooted in anxiety so I end up losing my ticket, getting lost on my way to the show, missing the show because I was in the toilet, and whatever calamity my subconscious decides to throw out there that prevents me from seeing a Chems gig... it's too ironic that when I did finally meet Tom and Ed (Pooter, Bosco and Biff will remember) - we left Nocturnal and went in the complete opposite direction, disoriented and confused and lost after their gig, to where their trailer was.
