I got the "Massive Pack", but you only really need the "Stealth Pack" to get started.
If you have problems running it, then check here:

If you have any other problems with it, feel free to ask me :)

At first, it is fiddly as all hell.
Try the Help menu, Contents... and then choosing "Getting Started". It's a tutorial. Just follow it through and it should explain how things work.
The keys to remember are F2 (Pattern Editor), F3 (Machine View), and F4 (Sequence Editor).
The Machine View is your studio setup with all your gear. The Pattern Editor is where you compose what your machines play, and the Sequence Editor is where you order your patterns into a song.
If you have one, an external midi keyboard is a real bonus as it's difficult to tweak the sounds in the Machine View unless the pattern for that machine is actually playing.
But I don't want to confuse you too much, just go through the tutorial, it describes everything really well with diagrams and all.
