Leftfield: - Afrika shox
A bit about this video - Its basically a bloke making his way around a city full of unfriendly people. Hes doing ok until he keeps having small accidents causing different limbs to fall off. Eventually after hopping round on one leg, he steps into the path of a car and his whole body turns into dust! What was the director was thinking with the video is unknown, the whole thing is quite disturbing! :?

A real creepy video of a baby inside a womb, mothing the words to a song. Someone also told me Kate Bush had a simular video in the past, but I haven't seen it myself.

-> Prodigy: Baby's Got A Temper
haha, I love this song and the video is excellent. It's odd because there are women milking cows wearing shiny stipper nipple covers.

-> Tool: Sober
Dark claymation video

Come To Daddy by Aphex Twin is pretty much in the top slot of the I-think-just-crapped-myself scarey list.
On that note I think Chris Cunningham makes the creepiest videos of all! And even if they don't downright freak you out, his videos have the ability to make you feel downright uneasy, unsettled. He's a master at what he does.

Laurie Anderson's a strange one, such a performance artist! My brother was a big fan of hers. She had this song that was really creepy and weird, about being in a plane crash. Thinking about it gives me goosebumps.
Never seen any of her videos, I'm almost afraid to. :P

I love Tool's 'Prison Sex' video more than Sober, personally, and it's equally odd.
On the more Brokeback side of odd: Smashing Pumpkins - Today
Iha's in a dress. What's up with that? Sednaoui is a weird director.
Portishead - All Mine
Not so much odd as really, really creepy. Scares the hell out of me, to be honest. Killer track, too.

NIN - Closer

stash and I used to have this NIN video, not really a making-of documentary, not really a collection of music videos - more like random bits of weirdness bordering on the grotesque obscene. It was about an hour or so long, maybe longer. The whole thing was directed like a snuff film - complete with a tortured screaming kidnapped guy dangling by bloodied wrists chained to the ceiling, brown stuff (looked like feces) being smeared on him. Then it would cut to some music, then back to the guy being tortured some more in various other ways. Even the film quality was low budget and grainy, plus the jagged movements of the camera made it look like a homemade film that was shot in a dank basement somewhere. Watching the whole thing was rather stomach churning.

Ah yes, the infamous Broken video. Compelling viewing, I would say!
Love the Happiness in Slavery video. Bob Flanagan gets a working over in that one. Plus the song is just so dancey. 8O X-D
The FBI actually investigated Reznor after the Broken video started circulating, IIRC.
