Well, prepare to be underwhelmed...
It's a Fedde Le Grand remix of "Praise You".

Of course there's a reason to become a facebook member, you get to hear a whole bunch of people who you have never met whinge about the most mundane parts of their lives. It's a joy!

Ah, but facebook does so much more! You can stalk people, you can communicate with others (90% of which is links to funny/interesting things), and you can be my friend. Who doesn't want to be my friend!? Because, lets face it, right now you are not my friend. Because you literally cannot be my friend without first having a facebook

Well, at least there aren't pictures of penises everywhere on facebook...

Yes, I have enjoyed your links, Probass.

Fatboy Slim is in this rather odd in-between space where he hasn't faded away but he's not in the spotlight, and truthfully it feels much like he's more near the "fading away."

But I'll always hold a spot in my heart for that silly man.

exactly! his track "machines can do the work" was a great step forward (or flash backward) after the mediocre palookaville and The BPA project. Is there any info on a new album from this Big Beat hero? The dance scene needs him to break the far to strict boundaries and rules the music has developed over the last decade and add some funk and creativity. (6 a 7 min track: 1 min intro with beat, 2x climax with breakdown, 1 min outro with beat. Sidechain compression, Nexus presets, vengeance samples, etc.)

Sidenote: Be careful when comparing big beat artist in the late 90's. Fatboy Slim was way more poppy and making catchy radio friendly tunes than the chemical brothers who were more into complex and psychedelic stuff. The only obvious copycats in that era where IMO The Crystal Method (even though i really like most what they make)

I love Machines Can Do the Work, and having never seen him before, I am so glad he is coming to Aus in march. Already got my tickets.

Don't get too excited, I've seen him a few months ago, and it was awful. He's not the Fatboy Slim he used to be.
