By the way, did anyone notice the LTD edition with 4 more (instrumental) tracks on it ?

You know, no matter how many times I watch this video, it never gets old and one thing always comes to mind: this is fuckin' hot.

I just found out that "Parachute" is in the MotorStorm Pacific Rift OST, with lots of other great tracks. And Parachute is hot, a good old clubby instrumental

Temporary Pleasure leaked yesterday. its very good, but it does not compare to ADSR. The album version of "Synthesise" is different from the one in the video; the album version is much better. Might be my favorite track on the album. I also like "Off the Map" and "Bad Blood"

Hmmm...
I was neither underwhelmed nor overwhelmed. I really like a few tracks, but overall I'd say it's not a particularly strong album. The strengths that it does have lies in SMD's success in creating some good music that is very unlike anything we've heard from them before. For instance, their opening track Cream Dream was completely unexpected--I really liked it, and I like that it is a song which if I heard it without any context I never would have guessed it was SMD.
In in end, this album is a whole bunch of pop inspired by sounds from the late 80s pushing into the 90s, and it's respectable that they're trying to push the boundaries of what their music can be, which in the end will hopefully better aid them in creating something masterful beyond their first album, but unfortunately the only thing I have to say after waiting for the album is that I hope the next wait is worth it.
Andy's first-listen rating of the tracks:
Cream Dream - 6
Audacity of Huge - 5
10000 Horses Can't Be Wrong - 7
Cruel Intentions - 7
Off the Map - 9
Synthesize - 9
Bad Blood - 2
Turn up the Dial - 8
Ambulance - 8
Pinball - 5

I pretty much agree with you MadPooter. Except for Synthesize... I understand the original sounded more similar to 10000 Horses, but this new version doesn't seem to have any melody until 2/3 the way into the track :(

Audacity of Huge - 6
10000 Horses Can't Be Wrong - 7
Cruel Intentions - 7
Off The Map - 8

I'm really enjoying the bonus disc, though imo there isn't anything nearly as epic at "System" from their first album. Babaghanoush comes close. I am compelled to announce that Temporary Pleasure is a good album, if a bit more poppy. Pleasantly surprising!

Nothing is as epic that I've heard, so far, on this album than on ADSR.
I still want to see how they've evolved live, though. The last jump they made wasn't as impressive as the first time I saw them, but I can tell they're still experimenting and trying to rework their music for the live experience.
And I do hope that the album ships soon! I want to hear the bonus disc!!!

SMD has a nice sound. i actually first heard them playing grand theft auto IV -- tits & acid, it grabbed my ear pretty fast. still my favorite track from them. i love those processed roland cowbells, they sound like they've been left in the back of the fridge too long and have gone a bit moldy. they got the nice pumpy-compressed sound going without beating you over the head with it (justice, i'm looking at you).
